At Advanced Barcoding Solutions, our technical engineering team have undergone extensive training and auditing, by the manufacturers of equipment and services that we provide as part of our solutions.  As such, we are in a position to be able to provide on-site support services for our thermal transfer printer, labelling systems, and software solutions.

For our desktop label printing systems, Advanced Barcoding Solutions can provide timely on-site support through either 'ad-hoc' calls to our helpdesk, or via formal support contracts, covering you for parts and labour over a time period that you choose.

Current manufacturers supported by our engineering team include the following:

  • TEC (Desktop Printers)
  • Datamax (Desktop Printers)
  • Zebra (Desktop Printers)
  • Printronix (Desktop Printers)

For our production-critical labelling and print and apply systems (such as ALX and ALS based installations), we can provide a combination of the security of standard on-site support contracts with our preventative maintenance scheduled visits.  Our preventative maintenance visits are planned in advance against the expected throughput of our systems, and provide an Advanced Barcoding Solution engineer on-site to provide general service and replace commonly worn parts.  This approach to 24/7 installations protects against unnecessary downtime and 'catches' many operational issues that may affect the running of our equipment.
