Whether your need is for labelling for an eventual customers requirements, or to provide forward-identification of products within your own supply-chain environment, we are able to provide a range of pallet labelling units, each being customisable to your requirements.
Our Pallet Labelling Unit's (PLU's) are designed to print and apply, or just apply one or two self-adhesive barcode labels in A5 size in portrait format on a pallet stationary on a conveyor. This system meets the increasing demand for easy and reliable identification of pallets – and can fit into different production lines. An integrated Avery Dennison ALX926 labelling head prints and dispenses a pallet label(s) onto an applicator chosen from our standard range of applicators – and applies the label(s) directly on the pallet. Labeller control options include industrial PC and software (with SAP compatible software and multiple integration options) or PLC for control of the mechanical movement only (in this instance, label data control comes from the network host software).
Advanced Barcoding Solutions pallet labelling solutions are supported by our own label design and printing software, and, via our technical services team, full on-site engineering and preventative-maintenance support is available.
